Tarangire National Park (about 2.5 hours drive)

You Safari experience begins at the Tarangire National Park. The park is located in northern Tanzania, about 118 km southwest of Arusha. The park, which covers about 3,000 square kilometers, is famous mainly for its large elephant population, the great variety of bird species found in its many areas and the authenticity of the safari route. The vast area of this park (by comparison, this park is about ten times the size of the nearby Lake Manyara National Park) holds a great opportunity to see a huge variety of rarer and less rare animals, which in other reserves are unlikely to be seen. The best time to visit this reserve is between July and October, and even during peak months, this park is relatively uncrowded with visitors. Dinner and Overnight near the park.

Serengeti

Spend the morning hours on the Mara River, trying to watch the large herds cross towards Kenya. In the afternoon, head towards the center of the Serengeti. The Serengeti National Park is the oldest and most popular of the parks in Tanzania. The park covers approximately 14,763 square kilometers, and is the second largest in Tanzania. The national park, whose name means "endless grasslands" in the Maasai language, is a World Heritage Site and was recently declared a seventh world wonder. The national park is best known for the massive migration that takes place within its boundaries, in which about a million wildebeests and about 200,000 zebras migrate in search of fresh grass. The Serengeti is home to many predators and encountering a family of about 40 lions is not uncommon. In addition, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs and smaller predators such as the serval cat and the like can be found in the reserve. The terrain of the reserve is also varied. During the dry seasons, vast areas of golden grasslands spread out in front of our eyes. However, during the rainy season, these areas are covered with fresh grass, and so the savannas become huge grassy deposits, dotted with wildflowers. On the slopes of the hills you can see towering termite mounds, acacia trees and fig trees growing. Dinner and Overnight at the lodge/camp

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Early in the morning you will go for a game drive en route, while heading towards the Ngorongoro Crater, where you'll spend half a day on a fine safari! Ngorongoro Reserve is part of the area of the conservation area that has been recognized as a national heritage site by UNESCO. The Ngorongoro Reserve lies in northern Tanzania. To the northwest of the reserve is Serengeti National Park. The southeastern borders of the reserve are defined by the Syrian-African Rift. About 2.5 million years ago, Ngorongoro Reserve was a huge volcanic mountain. So high was this mountain that researchers speculate that it was even higher than Mount Kilimanjaro. The crater was formed as a result of the collapse of the volcanic mountain inland. The safari in the Ngorongoro Crater is rich and fascinating. Herds of elephants, zebras, Thompson deer, Grant deer, toffee deer and more can be observed. As for predators, lions, and an increasing number of cheetahs and hyenas can be seen. The reserve is home to a number of critically endangered black rhinos. Dinner and Overnight on the crater rim or in the adjacent forests.
